What You’ll Do

As the LATAM Sales Manager , you will:

• Own the commercial performance of a key product line across the region (turnover + margin responsibility)
• Lead a smooth transition from the retiring incumbent, ensuring continuity of customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic programs that accelerate growth and expand market share
• Constantly monitor performance KPIs and take smart corrective actions when needed
