Job Description
As an Associate on the Strategy Planning & Analytics team, you will be a key architect of TikTok’s monetization engine across Latin America. This isn’t a maintenance role; you will be responsible for building the frameworks that define how we forecast revenue, optimize sales performance, and allocate resources across one of the world's fastest-growing digital landscapes. You will sit at the intersection of high-level financial planning (FP&A) and data deep-dives, ensuring that our growth is both ambitious and sustainable.
