As a VIE at L’Oréal, you will act as a strategic bridge between global vision and regional execution in LATAM, leading the regionalization of People Development offers and balancing strategic design with operational implementation. Your mission is to accelerate regional projects, develop core competencies for future HR leadership, and maintain learning consistency across the region.
