Laser Cutter Supervisor
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm (Day Shift)
Salary: £17.00+ per hour
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Laser Cutter Supervisor to join a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong laser cutting experience and proven leadership skills to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy laser department.
This role combines shop floor leadership with technical expertise, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operation of the laser cutting department.
Lead, motivate and support a team of laser operators and production staff.
