This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC laser equipment while overseeing a small laser department. The CNC Laser Operator manages the full production process on the laser machines, from loading and unloading materials to performing basic maintenance, and ensures efficient, high-quality output in a custom fabrication environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC laser machines to cut and process sheet metal according to production requirements and blueprints.
+ Oversee daily operations of the laser department, providing guidance and support to a team of approximately five operators.
+ Load and unload materials and finished parts from the CNC laser machines in a safe and efficient manner.
