Job Description
Take charge of unique landscaping projects as a Landscape Construction Crew Leader in Northern VA. Lead an efficient team while ensuring every detail is handled meticulously.
We are looking for a Crew Leader with over three years of landscape construction experience. You will manage daily work schedules, materials, and communicate effectively with the team and office. This hands-on role requires your leadership to supervise crew members while participating in tasks like mulching and planting.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage work schedules and planning for daily tasks
ā¢ Supervise crew members and oversee their tasks
ā¢ Install plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers
ā¢ Perform hardscape and masonry installation
ā¢ Lift up to 50 lbs and operate necessary equipment
Requirements:
ā¢ 3+ years of landscape construction experience
ā¢ VA driverās license and reliable transport
ā¢ Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
