Job Description

About the opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity based in Auckland or Hamilton. You will play a key role in planning, managing and delivering land access for Transpower projects. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll provide high-quality advice and practical delivery aligned with our Landowner Relations Strategy.


In this role you will:

  • Develop plans to secure land access and property rights to meet project requirements and timelines

  • Negotiate and deliver land-related contracts and agreements, including easements and land access agreements

  • Manage land access processes under relevant legislation including the Electricity Act

  • Maintain regular communication with project teams on progress, risks, costs and timelines

  • Champion respectful, consistent landowner engagement and support dispute resolution when required
