Description
Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager will be assigned to one or more projects, for the purpose of overseeing the project and its employees. Demonstrate excellent communication between assigned Field personnel and Management. Possesses respectable leadership qualities along with vital business skills. Right of Way (ROW) Project managers should have a background in management, budgeting, and analysis.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist management with client contract negotiations.
- Review and understand contract/work order and terms for both client and agents
- Coordinate with the supervisor in developing project scope, budget, deliverables andmilestones and meet client's needs.
- Refine company standard operating procedures (SOP) in agreement with client specifics andremain current on company SOP updates and implement Project SOP at a project level.
