Job Description
Your Opportunity Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), the Technical Leader (TL) is accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Land Development discipline within the Infrastructure BOU.
The TL is a peer to Regional Delivery Leaders (RDLs), working collaboratively to ensure that technical excellence is embedded into project delivery, strategic pursuits, and business operations.
The role connects technical communities of practice to project delivery, ensuring that the Excellence pillar—encompassing technical quality, digital innovation, HSSE, and disciplined execution—is consistently translated into strong project outcomes.
