**The** **Land Development Project Specialist** **is primarily responsible for supporting the predevelopment activities for the business. The Project specialist will interact on a regular basis with the predevelopment Project Manager and internal stakeholders in various departments including Corporate Real Estate, Development, Engineering and Data Center Operations staff. Predevelopment Specialist should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –**

+ Support Predevelopment Project Managers and Acquisitions teams with necessary upfront diligence workstreams including researching jurisdictional databases and codes prior to Purchase and Sale Agreement execution
