Job Description
Take charge of land development projects with Qualico as a Development Coordinator. Collaborate with contractors and consultants while ensuring safety and compliance on-site.
As the Development Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Development. This role requires at least three years of experience in land development while managing budgets and planning schedules. With an organized approach and a strong focus on communication, you will contribute to multiple ongoing projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with consultants for project planning and execution
• Assist with maintenance work orders and contracts
• Conduct on-site inspections and generate detailed reports
• Promote safe work practices in line with Qualico’s Safety Program
• Complete due diligence for Construction Completion Certificates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in land development
