Our client is currently seeking a qualified LabWare LIMS Systems Engineer to join their team onsite in Kalamazoo, MI and provide end-user support. This role is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day stability, performance, and operation of the LabWare LIMS platform supporting laboratory operations.
The role works closely with Laboratory Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, Data Governance, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure operational readiness, documentation, and incident response. Continuous improvement is expected through workflow automation, instrument integrations, sequencing integrations, and adherence to best practices in secure coding, data integrity, and release management.
