Job Description

The purpose of this role is to complete, to the required quality standards, the analysis of food samples for a given method using laboratory techniques. Further, assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the laboratory. 

This is a part time position working one of two shift patterns:

- Sunday 15 .30 to 19.30 and Monday to Thursday: 18:00 to 20:00. 20 hours per week. 

- Thursday and Friday 16:00 - 22:00 and Saturday 14:30 to 20.30. 18 hours per week. 

  • Undertaking all tasks within the main food laboratory appropriate to the level of training given to you by team leaders and management.
  • Registration, preparation and analysis of food samples as required.
