CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a hands-on Lab Technician to support high-temperature laboratory operations within a fast-paced research and development environment. This role supports thermal testing, materials processing, and experimental lab operations while partnering closely with scientists and engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Geology, Ceramics, or a related technical field
Operate and monitor high-temperature furnaces and thermal treatment equipment
Prepare laboratory samples, fixtures, and test materials according to experimental procedures
Execute test runs and maintain accurate documentation of run conditions and lab activities
Support equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and stabilization activities
