RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Executes analytical testing with strict SOP adherence, ensuring accurate results and efficient workflow optimization.
+ Prioritizes testing based on LIMS backlog and analytical requests; manages sample distribution and precise data entry.
+ Evaluates data for trends and anomalies; communicates atypical results, instrument issues, and off-spec findings.
+ Reviews and resolves SQC chart alarms; prevents excursions by monitoring instrument behavior across shifts.
+ Completes corrective actions for out-of-control points and supports process improvements.
+ Performs equipment maintenance, calibrations, and inventory management; supports daily lab operations.
