Job Description

We currently have a long-term casual opportunity available for an experienced laboratory technician with a leading brewery. The role involves working with the manufacturing team on either day or night shift undertaking laboratory tasks to ensure all quality standards are met.

Duties Include:

  • Process monitoring
  • Micro testing
  • Result documentation
  • Instrument calibration and maintenance
  • Ensuring a safe and clean laboratory
  • Adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
    • Ideally you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in food science or equivalent
  • Experience with a brewer, food and beverage, or other alcoholic beverage manufacturer
  • Knowledge of conducting quality checks & documentation
  • An interest in brewing and a commitment to quality
