Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton Hogan. We’re looking for a Laboratory Supervisor to help lead the safe, efficient and high‑quality day‑to‑day running of our laboratory. Working closely with the Laboratory Manager, you’ll support testing, sampling and reporting to ensure work is delivered on time, to the right standard, and in line with quality and IANZ requirements.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead from the front, support the team, and keep standards high. You’ll help shape good work every day by balancing safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement.

Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the laboratory, ensuring testing, sampling and reporting are completed safely, accurately and on time.
• Support quality and compliance requirements, including ISO 17025, IANZ standards, audits, non‑conformances and continuous improvement.
