Laboratory Manager – Concrete Laboratory, Rochester, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise analysis of concrete and mortar using advanced techniques in the laboratory, at customer production facilities, and on construction sites.
- Support the Sales Team and regional market unit by providing expert advice on product selection and performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee a laboratory team of 3 members, planning and prioritising workloads to align with the technical support strategy.
- Identify customer expectations and ensure work complies with statutory legislation and internal standards.
- Ensure all analyses are completed on time, contributing to the development and promotion of new construction technologies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and implement innovative lab processes to ensure projects and trials meet company standards.
