Job Description
Position Summary
The Labor Relations Professional will be responsible for supporting the management of labor relations activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, internal policies, collective bargaining agreements —if applicable— and Human Resources best practices.
This role will be key in maintaining a positive work environment, preventing employee relations issues, and providing support in disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, labor cases, negotiations, and employee matters.
Key Responsibilities
