In this role you support UNIQLO Spain’s HR function by managing employee relations within a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle ER casework, Works Council relations, and collective negotiations, ensuring legal compliance and sound advisory support to managers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders at local and EU levels to uphold governance and wellbeing initiatives. The position offers impact through policy improvements, training, and proactive labor-law compliance across stores.
