Job Description
This position will be financed by the project Directed degradation and localization of proteins: new solutions against pancreatic cancer, financed by the Spanish Research Agency (PID RA-I00/AEI/ / ).
Duties
- Cell culture (maintenance, cellular viability assays)
- Functional genomics (CRISPR/Cas9 screens, luciferase and fluorescence-based reporters, etc.)
- Molecular biology techniques (PCRs, immunoblots, cloning, IPs, etc.)
- Drug screens, proteomics, flow cytometry
- Technology development
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Must Have - Required
- Experience: Prior wet‑lab experience.
- Knowledge: CRISPR/Cas9 and functional genomics background, command of the English language.
- Skills: good organizational skills and molecular biology skills, team‑oriented, highly motivated, capacity to conduct experiments and record data, good communication skills.
