- Responsible for maintaining smooth operation of the team, expanding lab capability to meet clients requirement, and improving lab productivity/ save operation cost.
- Lead Technician team to prepare samples and/or perform tests and other assigned tasks
- Review results of normal/routine tests without abnormal observation before sending them to supervisor for final review or sending them directly to CS team when they are quantified and assigned.
- Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals
- Implement new test methods for Technician team, as assigned by Supervisor, in order to meet clients’ requirement.Perform root cause analysis on complaints/ claims and provide results for Supervisor to have proper corective actions.
