Looking for a career in quality assurance and laboratory testing? We are seeking a reliable **QA/QC Lab Technician** to join our manufacturing team on **1st shift** .
**Pay:** $17.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform quality inspections and laboratory testing
+ Record and maintain accurate quality data and reports
+ Ensure products meet established quality standards
+ Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines
+ Assist with quality investigations and corrective actions
**Qualifications:**
+ **High School Diploma or GED required**
+ Previous QA/QC, laboratory, or manufacturing experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic computer and documentation skills
