Life Labs Medical Laboratory Services is currently hiring a Lab Patient Technician for our Owen Sound location.

The position requires working at two sites: 945 3rd Ave East and 1415 1st Ave West as operational needs dictate.

This regular part‑time role offers guaranteed 20‑37.5 hours per week.

Hiring range: R$24.02 - R$28.05 per hour. Salary will be based on experience, education, and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect required information.
• Explain specimen collection process and confirm adherence to test protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy, set up and remove Holter monitors, and conduct ECG tracings.
• Collect special test specimens such as drug screens, paternity tests, and clinical trials, and complete related documentation.
• Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries and follow up on requests.
