Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you lead the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient environment that supports product development, testing, or production activities. This role manages laboratory personnel, equipment, supplies, and processes to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures all China’s technical services requests (TSR) are executed accurately, on-time, and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction.

  • Ensures all laboratory testing facilities in China region are properly maintained, up-to-date, and appropriate for current and anticipated testing needs.

  • Ensures that all laboratory testing equipment is properly calibrated, verified, and maintained.

  • Coordinates activities with Regional Tech Services Teams around the globe as appropriate to level the global workload and ensure technical service follows consistent global practice.<...
