**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Lab Clinical Tech, you will actively participate as a team member in the systems, functions and activities of the unit/department.
Every day you will handle other duties associates with clinical lab functions that are clerical in nature, including but not limited to such acts as patient registration, telephone communication, filing, sorting, distribution, typing, data entry and frequent use of laboratory computer system (s) to process specimens.
To be sucessful in this role you must maintain the appropriate stock of supplies in work area and for procedures before leaving end of shift. Follow all OSHA and CAP requirements in performance of job.
+ Verifies eligibility, benefits, authorization requirements, PCP approval, and billing requirements as appropriate.
+ May work out of various patient service centers.
+ Use of personal vehical may be required.
+ Carries out correct procedure for blood testin...
