Job Description

About the Job- Supports internal and external technical requests and projects through performing lab testing
- Completes Customer Technical Testing Requests and Reports within the database or equivalent
- Performs / supports completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
- Writes customer facing reports for the Field Sales/Application Engineering teams, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Product Development and Innovations or project team
- Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment, leads/supports ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods, prepares SOP & risk assessment of lab operations/activities
