Responsibilities:

Cloud Migration Leadership &Delivery

. Lead end-to-end VM migration activities from on-premise to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate.

. Plan and execute migration strategies including rehost, replatform, and modernization approaches.

. Ensure all migration phases (assessment, design, execution ,validation, cutover, and stabilization) are delivered cohesively.

. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for migration workloads.

. Provide technical assurance, governance, and escalation support throughout the migration lifecycle.

. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to align migration outcomes with business objectives.
