You will provide specialised support for streaming and messaging technologies and implement automation and reliability practices.

Software Development for Better Systems Management

• Develop and refine workflow components using streaming and messaging technologies (Kafka, Aerospike, Apache Camel).
• Automate operational tasks and build tools that improve workflow management and reduce manual intervention.

On‑Call Incident Management

• Manage escalated incidents, coordinate on‑call responses, and implement monitoring and alerting for rapid resolution.
