Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L2+/L3 production support for Java applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Java, Unix, and database layers
- Make code and script changes in Java, shell, and Perl as needed
- Monitor jobs and production tooling, including incident and change workflows
- Execute end-to-end production fixes following SDLC processes
Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands‑on development/support experience
- Advanced Java/J2EE skills, including REST APIs, servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
- Experience with Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
- Strong database experience with DB2, Oracle, or Sybase
- Mid to advanced Unix and scripting skills
- Hands‑on with Autosys, Procmon, crontab, Git, Jenkins, Jira, and ServiceNow
- Advanced English
