Job Description
Our client, is seeking a L3 Genesys Support to join their team. As a L3 Genesys Support, you will be part of the Contact Center Operations supporting IVR and Genesys systems. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** L3 Genesys Support
**Location:** Plano, Texas ( 3 days onsite)
**Pay Range:** $60/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Support and maintain Contact Center / IVR / Genesys systems within the organization.
+ Handle deep-dive troubleshooting, escalations from Level 2, and application-level issues.
+ Utilize tools such as Java basics, API calls, Linux commands, Windows troubleshooting, and Splunk log analysis to resolve issues.
+ Analyze logs and identify root causes of system problems to ensure smooth operations.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and support processes.
