As an L2 Workflow Engineer, you will support real‑time data workflows and platform integrations, handling incidents escalated from the service desk and ensuring smooth operation of the ARROW platform. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflow processes.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Investigate and resolve production issues affecting workflow components, escalating complex problems to L3 teams when necessary.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring and perform root‑cause analysis, recommending improvements.
