Job Description
Crossover is looking for a Contractor to support their Alpha learning platform by resolving complex technical issues. In this role, you will diagnose escalated tickets unable to be resolved by AI or lower support levels. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical role, be comfortable using AI tools, and have professional English fluency.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week during US business hours, with a competitive hourly rate of $30 USD. The role is based in various locations including the Philippines.
