Join our expert team to provide level 2 support for Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) within a MedTech project, helping affiliates and regions minimize system downtime through quick workarounds and permanent fixes when possible. You will work with LIS and ticketing tools, contributing to incident resolution, escalation management and knowledge documentation.
