Role: L2 Support Engineer
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate to 15days
Key Responsibilities
Log reading β app logs, server logs, middleware logs
Β· Basic Linux β navigating directories, reading files, checking processes
Β· Ticket tools β Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM Β· Application configuration β config files, env variables
Β· Basic SQL β SELECT queries to validate data Β· REST API basics β using Postman or curl to test endpoints
Β· SLA awareness β prioritisation of P1βP4 tickets Β· Clear written communication β client-facing updates & RCA notes
Β· Capital markets domain knowledge β trade lifecycle (order β execution β clearing β settlement), position management, margin computation
