Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L2 Support Engineer with strong experience in supporting web applications. The ideal candidate is technically skilled in troubleshooting and debugging, comfortable working with monitoring tools and APIs, and able to independently manage support tickets end‑to‑end. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset, including openness to leveraging automation and AI in support workflows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to system alerts using tools such as PagerDuty and Uptrends
- Manage and resolve support tickets from initial analysis through resolution and follow-up communication
- Perform API testing, validations and user permission updates using Postman
