About Position:Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain. Experience with key financial industry data domains (e.G. reference data, market data etc.)- Role: L2 Support Engineer- Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad- Experience: 5 to 8 Years- Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily- Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports- Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures- Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)- Respond to end-user service requests- Release Management on UAT and Production Environments- Ensure succinct and timely communication of issues to stakeholders (e.G.
