We are looking for an L2 Storage & Backup Engineer to join a long-term project with a global tech consultancy based in California. You will be providing critical operational support to the client’s Enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts.
What you will do:
- Critical Operations: Serve as the escalation point for storage, backup, replication, and recovery incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Technical Administration: Manage SAN/NAS storage platforms, provisioning, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Backup & Recovery: Monitor backup jobs and perform restorations (file, DB, VM-level), ensuring data integrity.
