This is a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates will have to remotely support their clients IT infrastructure - Microsoft 365 Emails, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Manage and Maintain on-prem/cloud Domain Controllers, File and Application Servers, Antivirus/Security, Firewalls, Local Wired/Wireless Networks, Server/Data Backups and Recovery.

Candidates will be required to document their Clients IT infrastructure accurately.

Candidates will be in charge of suggesting upgrades to latest technologies to help their clients modernise, scale and grow.

Candidate must be fluent in English - Verbal and Email Communication.
