Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to provide Level 2 operational support for the network security infrastructure.
This role is responsible for day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including incident handling, firewall flow management, proxy management, remote access support, IP/VPN support, and vulnerability remediation. The successful candidate will also support LANs, WANs, and VPNs, while ensuring the optimal functionality and efficiency of routers, firewalls, IPS, proxies, and load balancers.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Support
Provide Level 2 production support for Network and Security infrastructure.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change management tickets within defined SLAs.
