Job Description
You will join our international IT team to provide Level 2 administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Monday.com, supporting 16,000 users across 19 countries. As an escalation point for L1, you will resolve complex platform incidents, execute migrations, and maintain the knowledge base to enable L1 teams. You will ensure reliable coverage for 24x5 shifts and collaborate with L3 and vendors for cross-team resolutions.
