Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide Level 2 technical support across a diverse client base, resolving escalated infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, networking, and cloud-related issues.
- Assist with server builds, migrations, Microsoft 365 deployments, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Configure and support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper‑V.
- Monitor client environments using Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools and proactively resolve alerts.
- Perform backup monitoring, disaster recovery testing, and system maintenance.
