Infrastructure Engineer / Technical Analyst | Level 1 and above | (with systems & firewall experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5-days workweek)

Location: Roaming based on request. (Singapore)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Probation Period: 6 months (can be shortened based on performance)

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 technical support through the service desk, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Deploy, configure, and administer servers and core services such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Oversee and maintain firewall and network security configurations (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) to ensure system integrity and protection.
