Job Description
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs. Schedule appropriate training sessions. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum. Identify areas in employees' skills that require improvement. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees Process and Product training for employees. Prepare content, training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to Process Schedule soft skill Trainings for the required departments. Identify the least performer and conduct the individual coaching sessions. Evaluate employees & skills and performance quality. Organize training sessions specific to various roles in the company. Prepare all instructional materials. Good at Content development.
