Job Description
Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a detail‑oriented KYC/AML operations associate to manage document flow and perform manual verification for clients. You will use CRM and identity platforms and decide on approvals or escalations while upholding quality and SLAs.
The role requires intermediate English, ability to process high data volumes, and rotating shifts. Prior customer care or onboarding experience and knowledge of KYC/AML basics are preferred.
