In **Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A.** we are looking for a **Lean Specialist Project Coordinator** to join the **Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO)**, a team that guides continuous improvement in the field, supported by dedicated tutors and the best international Lean consultants.
**Main activities:**
* Provide Lean training to the entire organization
* Support management in defining annual improvement projects and the implementation plan (Hoshin Kanri)
* Analyze and map company processes to identify waste and propose improvement activities according to defined priorities
* Lead improvement projects ensuring adequate methodological support
* Prepare, manage, and conduct Kaizen Weeks
* Monitor and implement the 5S process
