Job Overview
We are looking for a work‑life coordinator to lead our work‑life project, which focuses on promoting leadership and work‑life skills among young women.
Responsibilities
- Recruit work‑trial participants and guide their work according to the goals of the project.
- Organise workshops and events on leadership and work‑life skills for young women.
- Collaborate with partners and work from the company office.
- Implement project activities within the given timeframe and report on progress.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Energetic and goal‑oriented.
- Background in social work (sosionomi).
- Previous experience as a work‑life coach or guide, and in project implementation and reporting.
Location & Schedule
Level 5 classification under the Social Sector Organizations Collective Agreement.
