Job Description
KOL Specialist
Find the Right Influencers - Identify, recruite, and manage KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals
Track and Measure Performance - Coordinate KOL campaigns, deliverables, posting schedules, Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
Negotiate Deals - Budgeting, Contracts & Influencers rates
Build Relationships - Maintain good relationships with KOLs and agencies
Brand alignment/Compliant - Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and timelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
With experience in influencer/KOL management
Experience within FMCG and Health industry, for beauty / supplements is not a must but is an advantage
