Job Description
Main Tasks:
• Daily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc)
• Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation
• Analysis and correction of production incidents
• Processing assistance requests from ADOC users
• Analysis and correction of production incidents
• Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams
• The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests
• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, estimate o...
