Job Description
Overview
You will work mainly on the ADOC application, responsible for processing and archiving digital documents received through multiple channels (mail, email, upload). Every year, more than 6 million digital pages are processed through the platform.
This role combines application support, workflow development, production monitoring, and continuous improvement in a highly operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and operational maintenance of publishing, GED, and workflow applications
- Validation of ADOC functionality during software and infrastructure upgrades
- Analysis and resolution of production incidents
- User support and assistance requests management
- Coordination with OPS / ITG teams regarding incidents and change requests
- Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of ADOC workflows and INSIGHT reporting
